Come Frutas y Verduras: A New Spot in Condesa Redefines Plant-Based Dining

The new vegetable cuisine that sets the trend in La Condesa

In a city where gastronomic concepts sprout daily, few manage to stand out with authenticity. Come Frutas y Verduras, the new restaurant of Ramsés Manneck (creator of Imbiss), achieves this with an extraordinary 100% vegetarian proposal.

Located at Laredo 13, in the heart of La Condesa, this minimalist and unpretentious space is a true laboratory of flavors. Everything -from the dishes to the wines- is designed for the curious and demanding diner.

The menu is brief but precise. Portions are designed for sharing and exploring different flavor profiles. A light starter? The cucumber salad is fresh and balanced. Something unforgettable? The Pink Mushrooms with Vegetable Tare, accompanied by caramelized cauliflower puree and preserved lemon chimichurri. There’s also the Panisse, a fried chickpea terrine over pea puree with yuzu, topped with bitter leaves and parmesan flakes: texture, acidity and depth in every bite.

The wine list-as at Imbiss-is a gem in itself: natural and biodynamic labels from Mexico, Chile, France, Austria and more, including whites, oranges, reds, rosés and sparkling wines, all selected to complement the vegetable ingredients without overpowering them.

Come Frutas y Verduras is not just for vegetarians. It’s a plant-based cuisine that proves that vegetables can be as complex, elegant and flavorful as any other proposal.
